Sites include Weymouth in Dorset, Mallaig, 40 miles west of Fort William, and Otterburn. Reservists from 131 Commando and the Royal Marines Reserve undertake the 30-miler - the final test on the Commando Course. The culmination of months of training, if they pass this last test they are then awarded the coveted Green Beret and become fully-fledged members of the Commando Family.
